Presentation folders offer an attractive, convenient, professional means of delivering information and marketing materials to clients or potential clients. Now you can order quality, full color, glossy presentation folders in quantities as low as 10 without having to pay an arm and a leg.

Yes at these prices there are some restrictions (no bleeds, no printing on pockets or inside of folder), but if you shop around, and I encourage you to, you'll find that in most cases, you can't buy fewer than 50 folders at a time and even those are at much higher prices.

If you need more options (printing on pockets, full bleed printing, two-sided imprint and more) we can accommodate those as well, but that's another product. Call or email for pricing.

Layout is included and once your artwork has been approved by you, or is on file, we can have your folders done in 1-3 business days (same day in some cases).

Neighborhood Values Direct mail postcard - 80916

Our first mailing for 80916 will be to approximately 1961 addresses in the area highlighted in blue.

Cost for one of the six ad spaces is 10 cents per address ($169.10) and includes layout (if needed, printing, postage and delivery to the post office.)

Our next Neighborhood Values postcard mailing will be to appoximately 1,670 addresses including The Glen at Widefield (80925, R017 and R057) and Cross Creek (80817, R009).

Neighborhood Values postcard mailing, May (2)

Our second Neighborhood Values postcard mailing for May will be 1621 pieces to carrier routes, C014 and R073 in zip code 80911. This includes the new housing just northeast of Grinnell and Bradley Rd.  and the areas highlighted in blue in the image below.

Cost is 10 cents per address for a 3.75 x 4.25" ad on the two-sided, full color 12" x 6" mailer, and includes layout (if needed) printing, postage and delivery to the post office. Our target date for getting these to the P.O. is May 21st.

Fountain Valley: Next up for our Fountain Valley mailing will be 80911, south of Fontaine on either side of Fountain Mesa Rd. Approximately 1560 addresses. Ten cents per address covers postage, layout (if needed), printing and delivery to post office. Target date, around May 7.

Austin Bluffs area: This will be our first Neighborhood Values mailing in 80918. Approximately 1800 addresses at 13 cents per address included layout (if needed), printing, postage and delivery to the post office. Target date, May 15th.

Neighborhood Values mailing for mid February

Our Neighborhood Values mailing for 80925 was dropped at the Post Office today. Next up for the 12"x6" full color advertisers will be approximately 1550 addresses north of Bradley Rd and east of Main Street in 80911 (near French Elementrary).  Target window for this one is between the 10th and 15th of February. As of now I have 4 spots available.
